Celebrity psychologists Richard Wiseman (and author, magician and performer) and Emma Kenny (from ITV's This Morning) explore interview technique and the do's and don'ts of putting in a good performance when being seen for a job. Deborah Wise was brought in as an expert recruitment manager in the first instance but with her acting ability to improvise and role play an amusing sketch with Emma to illustrate valuable points and pitfalls.
